Caramandel

Carolyn started Caramandel in November 2020 and has been attending the Nelson Farmers Market since May 2021. She makes a range of delcious truffle in a variety of flavours as well as almond crescents. 

Vegan options are available and each truflle has been handmade using Carolyn's unique recipes and flavour combinations.
