It is with much pleasure that Claudelands Croquet Club honours Mailene with Life Membership.
Since joining the club in 1994 Mailene has played an integral part both as a player and administrator.
She has been President, Secretary, Delegate to WKCCA, Official club coach, Loans Applicator and committee member.While carrying out these duties Mailene has taken a keen and ongoing interest in the health of the club's lawns, and is the only one to fully understand the clubs watering system and its continued maintenance.  All this has been accomplished unobtrusively and with good humour and modesty.  She is a truly worthly recipient of this award and we thank her for her outstanding service to our club.
