Junior Club Cricket
The club season runs from October to January each year. Cricket camp is compulsory for all junior players.
New players are selected upon availability and skill level. Club cricket is not suitable for beginners. Club cricket is for years 4 - 10. If there is an excess of players for a team, there may be a trial for that team.
The junior club philosophy is that every player gets an opportunity to play (bat, bowl and field). Junior cricket is about kids enjoying the game and learning/improving their skills.

Junior club subs are $60 per child. Subs must be paid before a player is put into a team for the season. Please contact Leah if you have any issues with paying your child's subs upfront. Cornwall Cricket Club Subs Account: 03-1355-0787070-001 (use your child's name as the reference).
Training schedule for juniors
Year 4/5: Tues 3.30pm - 5pm
Year 6: Tues 3.30pm - 5pm
Year 7: Wed 3.30pm - 5pm
Year 8: Wednesday 3.30pm - 5pm
Girls: Thurs 4.30-5.30pm
Year 10: Wednesday 3.30pm - 5pm
Year 9: Fri 3.30 - 5pm
Junior parents are not permitted to use the nets by themselves and especially, when a scheduled junior team and/or senior team (from 5.30pm) are training.

Super League dates
Years 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10: Sunday 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th of November & 3th of December.
Year 4/5: Sunday 12 & 26th November and Sunday 25th February & 10rd March 2024
Cornwall Baggies
Cornwall baggies are given out on the first game of Super League to those year 10 players who have consecutively played for the club since year 4/5.
