FITNESS BOXING

FITNESS BOXING WILL MAKE A COMEBACK IN TERM 2024!

Fitness boxing is run at school with a qualified instructor from Studio Red.  Fitness boxing is a non-contact, high energy workout for the whole body.  It offers many benefits for students' health and is well suited to all fitness levels.

Students should bring a water bottle and wear suitable sports clothing and shoes.
