RALLIES

You MUST register to secure your place within instructional classes at rallies. Instructors are only available for the number of riders registered, and any more participants would detract from teaching, and increase risk. The organisers and coaches are mostly volunteers - please respect their contribution, and the Rally Coordinator is the person in charge of all aspects of the rally - please liaise with them!

RALLY FORMAT

• Arrive half an hour before the rally starts.
• Report to Rally Organiser/Head Coach to find out what gear is required for the rally.
• Parents and/or riders to set up gear.
• Rally will commence once gear is set up.
• Rally will commence with a mounted roll call outside pony club shed.
• Rally groups start lessons.
• After your lesson has finished check with your coach whether you are to remain mounted for or whether you can tie up your pony.
• All gear to be packed away.
• Report back to pony club shed for debrief before leaving.
• Leave the area around your float clean of hay, manure and other rubbish. Ask where to dispose of this if you don't know.

ALL MEMBERS and riders help pack up equipment, NO MEMBERS to leave until all equipment is packed away (or unless they have permission from the Head Coach or Rally Organiser).
