KEITH BARROW (2005) Keith is one of the Club's most well-performed field athletes. He joined the club in 1974 and gained the New Zealand Secondary Schools under 16 shot put title in 1975 and followed up with the New Zealand Secondary Schools Senior titles in 1977-78. In 1978 Keith gained the New Zealand Colts under 18 title in both Javelin and shot put. His javelin throw of 58.20m was a club and West Coast record. Keith won the Canterbury shot put and javelin titles in 1979 and gained second in the Canterbury shot put and javelin events in 1982. In 1990 he won the Canterbury Mens shot put title. On the local scene Keith has many Club and West Coast titles and records to his credit. He has been a regular member of Mahar Cup and formerly Newman Cup competitions and still holds Mahar Cup records. Keith has been a Mahar Cup representative for 36 years, and he was the Club's president from 2000 to 2010.

ALLISON DUNCAN (2005) Allison joined the club in 1977 when her two daughters were competing in the Children's Club, assisting with both track and field events. Allison's interest in athletics saw her competing in the Open Womens grade for a number of years and became a foundation member of an active Veterans grade. As well as competing Allison assists with the running of track and field meetings, timing and measuring, and is also one of the club's referees. She has served on the executive committee for a number of years and is currently the club's Vice President. Allison is a regular and successful competior in Veterans grade and travels to Canterbury, South Island and NZ Masters Championships. In 1999 she was a recipient of an Athletics New Zealand Long Service Award.


DEBBIE OLDMAN (nee KEEHAN) Debbie joined the club in 1972 competing in the Children's Club representing them at Harwood Shield Inter-club Junior competitions. She progressed through the Junior Club then onto Senior Club to represent the club at regular Mahar Cup in sprint and field events and took part in Canterbury Championships. Debbie joined the executive in 1980 as the athletes' representative. She held the West Coast under 16 100m record and was part of the senior 4x100m relay team which still holds the West Coast and Club records. Debbie was coached by Danny Spark and later under the guidance of Arthur Fong through these years. Debbie left the Coast for employment and overseas travel. On her return in 1992 she rejoined the executive and was elected Treasurer in 1994, a position she still holds.
