Home Ground

The Clubs home ground is Elwood Park, which is situated on the corner of Elwood Road and Otene Road adjacent to the Hawkes Bay A&P Showgrounds, on the northern side of Hastings.

The club jointly owns these grounds with the Hawkes Bay Polo Club which comprises of 13.2 hectares (approximately 32 acres). The rugby club facilities include extensive changing rooms and showering facilities, powerful floodlights for two training fields a junior rugby pavilion and a fully equipped Club Rooms which was officially opened in April 2010.


Elwood Function Centre

Please contact the Club Office for information on hiring the clubrooms which is also called the
'Ellwood Function Centre'.

The clubroom hosts a number of functions which include:

• Weddings
• Birthdays
• Funerals
• Conference
• Club Functions
