Welcome to the Motueka Squash Club

​​​​​​​Squash is an indoor racquet sport played for over 180 years now. 45 minutes on the squash court is not only the best overall workout you can get, but you can be done and dusted in a lunch hour, all year round, rain or shine.

The Motueka Squash Club is Motueka's best-kept secret, a community fixture for over 45 years with an active membership encompassing both social and competitive play, all levels from novice to A-graders, both men and women players, and outreach to juniors.

Ways to Play
We welcome new players! Whether you're passing through, visiting for an extended period, or live in town, whether you're a newbie or a grizzled vet, there's a way to get you onto the court.

If you're squash-curious, come around to one of our social sessions.

• Thursdays at 6:00, a motley crew shows up for casual pickup games. Turn up, introduce yourself and see how friendly we can be.
• For juniors in the local schools, Training for secondary students on Friday afternoons. Equipment provided. Contact [email protected]​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Rackets and ball can be borrowed from Whitwells Menswear. Contact Keren (see below) to book a court.

To join the squash club, we have a variety of membership options, including individuals, families, juniors, pay-per-play, and short-term memberships, keyed to a membership year starting April 1.
