Senior Club

Season: 9 th of March - 16 th November 2020. Approx 28 nights.
Venue: The Ballroom, Arena Manawatu, 61 Pascal Street (Click Here for map)
Time: Every Tuesday 7:30pm - 9:30pm

Subscription: $150 for the entire season ($10 casual fee, junior aged players still only pay junior prices).

Concession membership of $80 for 10 sessions available.

More on Fees...

The first night a player comes to the club is free. Players may then opt to pay the full season's subscription or pay a casual fee on a per night basis. This casual fee is $5 for junior players and $10 for senior players. If you are coming regularly it is substantially cheaper to pay a full membership.

It is important to note that junior players that play with the senior club still only need to pay the junior subscription. Also a family subscription discount of 10% is available to families of three or more players from the same household.

Equipment, Clothing and Coaching

All you really need to bring along is yourself, we have racquets you may use each night free of charge and feather shuttles are provided. Gum-sole shoes are useful for grip but any shoes with non-marking soles are fine.

As far as clothing is concerned anything goes for club nights though keep in mind that clothing should allow for free movement, and even on the coldest nights it can still be quite hot while playing badminton!

Coaching will be run for juniors and seniors throughout the season and will cater for both beginners and more experienced players. As well as this help and advice is available upon request so please don't hesitate to ask.
