Te Pohue School

Welcome to Te Pohue School. 

My name is Richard Gillespie and I am the proud Principal of Te Pohue School. We currently have 29 students ranging from 5 to 12 years old. We are a full primary school situated approximately 40kms north of Napier on State Highway 5. 

Our school has a proud history and next year will be 125 years young! Te Pohue School students are supported in their learning by Kaiako Michelle Dunsmore and Tim Orbell and Teacher Aides Fay Adsett and Julie Basher. We have an active and extermely supportive parent teacher association who ensure our students want for nothing. 

We try hard to be 'the best we can be through confidence, connections and country values'.
