HOW DO YOU PLAY ULTIMATE FRISBEE?
Pass the disc between your team up the length of the field to make a final pass into the endzone to score. You cannot move after you catch the disc and the other team will try to cause a turnover by intercepting the pass or knocking the disc down to cause an incomplete pass.

Ultimate is a self-refereed and non-contact sport, you work with your teammates and opposition to come to resolutions, developing confidence, leadership, friendship, communication, empathy, and teamwork.  

TERM 1 2024

​​​​​​​Cashmere will enter a team in the Canterbury Ultimate schools' league if numbers allow.

When: Wednesdays 3:15pm starting 21 February through to 27 March
Where: South Hagley Park
Cost: $20.  A one off sports levy of $20 will also be applied to all students' school accounts to cover administration costs.
Uniform: School sports tee (will be issued before 1st game), PE or black shorts, sports shoes

• Students will need to arrange their own transport to South Hagley Park
