2023 – 2024 Whakatāne Touch Association (WTA) Team Registrations

Kia ora tātau katoa,

Hope all is how it should be in our current situation/s.  Touch is nearly upon us…

Therefore, here’s some key info as we anticipate starting on time.

Note:  Alert Levels, etc.  We’ll address it as it occurs and then inform you asap of the plan.

Registration Night/s for all teams at Little John Pavilion, Rugby Park, Whakatāne.

5pm-7pm, Tuesday 12th September 2023 or 5pm-7pm, Thursday 14th September 2023,

or fill in the form correctly and email it to Nellie (Jnr/Mixed), Alexis (Secondary Schools) or Morgan(Open).

All Teams must deposit a non-refundable fee of $50 into the WTA bank account on/by Registration night/s.

No money (cash payment) will be accepted by WTA on Registration Night.

Junior Module (Wednesdays), (Nellie Hape – Module Coordinator)

Start Date - Wednesday 11th October 2023.

$100 per Team.  

Due date for full payment is Monday 30th October 2023.

No pay, no play, no exceptions!!

Secondary School Module (Thursdays), (Alexis Hape – Module Coordinator)

Start Date - Thursday 2nd October 2023.

$100 per Team entry.  

Due date for full payment is Monday 30th October 2023.

Senior Mixed Module (Mondays), (Nellie Hape – Module Coordinator)

Start Date - Monday 2nd October 2023.   

$390 per Team for the 'Early Bird' option.

Full payment for this option is due by Monday 16th October 2023.

OR

$440 per Team if you missed the 'Early Bird' due date.

Due date for full payment is Monday 30h October 2023.

Business House Mixed (Mondays), (Nellie Hape – Module Coordinator)

Start Date - Monday 2nd October 2023.

$300 per Team for the 'Early Bird' option.

Full payment for this option is due by Monday 16th October 2023.

OR

$350 per Team if you missed the 'Early Bird' due date.

Due date for full payment is Monday 30th October 2023.

Senior Mens/Womens Module (Thursdays), (Morgan Maruera – Module Coordinator)

Start Date - Thursday 5th October 2023.

$390 per Team for the 'Early Bird' option.

Full payment for this option is due by Monday 16th October 2023.

$440 per Team if you missed the 'Early Bird' due date.

Due date for full payment is Monday 30th October 2023.

All Junior Teams and Secondary School Teams must provide their own referees each game day/night.

All Senior Teams must register 2 referees per team (and must not be our WTA referees either).
