Welcome to Whangaruru Rugby Football Club

Whangaruru RFC is a nonprofit Rugby club that is lucky enough to sit in a small Northland east coast rural area in New Zealand.

We are dedicated to the game and supporting our players in reaching their full potential and their goals as rugby players as individuals and as a team. Providing our community with rugby sport opportunities and a sense of community and belonging, there is a real whanau feel to the club.

We give our community something to look forward to and rugby brings us together. Generations of rugby history in this small rural community and a focus on our junior and senior teams aspiring for greatness is what sets Whangaruru RFC apart.
