General coaches

Our rolls are growing! Therefore we are in need of more coaches. We have paid hours available on Monday and Thursday afternoons to coach children aged between 5 and 10 years. We encourage ex-gymnasts of any age to apply. Please contact us [email protected] for more information.

General Coach, 

Do you have a passion for gymnastics?
Do you enjoy working with children?
Are you highly motivated, fun, energetic, have great initiative, with time and class management skills?
Waiheke Gymnastics Club has an exciting part time opportunity for a  Coach. We are a thriving established gymnastics club, with successful competitive gymnasts and a large group of GymFun gymnasts. We offer gym classes for under 5 year olds through to teenagers. The club hours are after school and on weekends.
With support from the volunteer parent committee we require a Head Coach who can:
·        Co-ordinate and develop termly plans for PlayGym, GymFun and competitive gymnastics classes
·        Lead and develop a team of competitions coach, general coaches, and PlayGym coach
·        Oversee Club Health and Safety
·        Oversee and advise on club equipment
·        Proactively participate in professional development
