What to Take to a Meet

If you are about to head along to your first swim meet and are not sure what to bring, here are some good ideas…

Aquahawks cap, tee and other club apparel
Aquahawks jacket
Water bottle
Healthy snacks – fruit, nuts, sandwiches, musei bars
Goggles
Togs / race suit and a spare

​​​​​​​Warm clothes and shoes – ugg boots work well, to wear between races
Towels – always bring a couple
Highlighter – Mum and/or Dad might want to mark your races in the programme
Coins – so you can purchase the programme, raffles, sausage sizzle etc
Chair – some venues don't have seating

Remember to arrive 20 minutes before the warm-up starts
