The NZ Pipe Band Championships were held recently at the Hawke's Bay Sport Park, with the Street March event in Napier.

The Lindisfarne College Pipe Band competed in the Grade 4B competition against eight other bands from around the country, on Friday and the Juvenile event on Saturday morning. Our results were a mixed bag but with some individual judges placing us at fifth and 7th and a third in the dress competition, the band came home happy.

Having the opportunity to compete in a national event like this is always a great opportunity and inspires the students who attend. Congratulations boys on representing the College so well!
