REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Softball NZ is pleased to announce the release of the Regional Development Programme (RDP).

The RDP is a 5-week, pre-season skill development programme that will refine, develop, and extend individuals skills in the lead up to the softball season.

The programme is designed to be flexible allowing Associations the ability to deliver the sessions at their own discretion.

The RDP is aligned to Softball NZ’s National Player & Coach Development Pathway and aims to bridge the gap from the early stages of competitive softball to performance. The programme provides age appropriate training sessions whilst arming our coaches with the critical skill of developing and conducting quality practices.

Associations will receive copies of the RDP in the coming week.
