Softball NZ developed a survey to help understand the issues female rangatahi face within the softball environment. The survey has come about because of the recent Voice of Participant survey where female equality (programmes and opportunities) rated lower than in other sports.

The questionnaire was sent to 908 females aged between 13-18 years via the Softball NZ database. 94 (10% completed it). 

We are grateful to those that took the time to complete the survey offering insights into the female game.
