12 May - Stress Reduction sessions for parents/ caregivers of children with ADHD (12 May)

 ONLINE

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) session for ADHD

Brought to you by Hannah Saulbrey Ross and Eve Rudkin

Research has shown that caregivers of ADHD and Autistic children experience continuously elevated levels of stress, up to 4 x greater than that experienced by parents of neurotypical children. Chronic stress can have long-term negative effects on our physical, emotional and mental health.

Experienced mindfulness teachers Hannah and Eve have joined our community to offer monthly stress reduction sessions. These sessions will include a simple mindfulness practice, psychoeducation on the nervous system and ADHD and a short Q&A discussion.

Where: Online

Dates: 12 May 2026

Time: 12 pm - 1 pm

Register here:  Event finished

Price: Our sessions are supported entirely by community donations. We do not receive government funding. Any additional contribution is greatly appreciated and helps us continue supporting the ADHD community.

Additional Information: To help maintain a safe and supportive environment, these sessions are not recorded. Please join from a private space where conversations cannot be overheard by anyone who is not attending.

By booking your place, you agree to follow our session guidelines. These are in place to help create a respectful, safe space where everyone feels comfortable asking questions and sharing openly.
