ADHD Meets Menopause addresses a critical and under-recognised need within our community. Our goal is to provide accessible, meaningful, and evidence-informed support to women navigating a particularly vulnerable stage of life.

This programme has the potential to create lasting positive change, not only for participants but for their families, workplaces, and wider communities.
