 Club Announcement

Albany United is excited to announce the launch of our brand‑new club website, built on Sporty, the New Zealand–developed platform designed specifically for sporting organisations. This upgrade marks an important step forward for the club as we continue to modernise how we communicate with our players, members, supporters, and wider community. Sporty provides a clean, mobile‑friendly experience and gives us powerful tools to keep everyone better informed and connected.

What Is Sporty?

Sporty is a comprehensive digital platform built for New Zealand sports clubs, schools, and national sporting bodies. It provides an all‑in‑one suite of tools that make administration, communication, and member management significantly easier.

According to Sporty, the platform includes:

  • Online registrations and member databases, including official forms for NZ Football and other national bodies
  • SuperCRM member management tools for communication and record‑keeping
  • Online payments and finance tracking
  • A mobile app with unlimited push notifications for instant communication
  • eNewsletters and group email tools for streamlined updates
  • SKED competition management, including draws, results, and live scoring

Sporty powers a large portion of organised sport across New Zealand and is widely used by clubs of all sizes. Its integration with national sporting systems makes it a future‑proof choice for Albany United as we look to the future.

A Better Experience for Everyone

The website is just the beginning, with other things to come in the future to help is stay better connected and keep everyone better informed of the goings on at the club.  Albany United is committed to providing the best possible environment for our football community on and off the pitch.
