Referee & Umpire Appointment System

AppointMe is online software for the appointment of referees and umpires to game fixtures. It is fully integrated with SKED competition management system from Sporty.co.nz.

AppointMe lets referees and umpires set their own availability on a calendar. This automatically becomes visible to the appointments official who can then allocate referees/umpires to game fixtures based upon their availability.

These appointments are in turn visible back to the referee/umpire so they can see the times and venues for whichever games have been allocated to them. If a game fixture needs to be changed, the referee/umpire is automatically notified and can reconfirm their availability and appointment.

They can see everyone's availability, then easily appoint them to fixtures.

The referee/umpire is notified of each appointment so they can accept/decline with just one click. Their status updates live back into AppointMe automatically.
