The Central Way

"To challenge elite players in a competitive environment in order to win tournaments"

The Central Way is achieveable by players, administrators, officials and care-givers through:

Pride - In representing Central, and by personal performance

Ownership - responsibility and accountability for all roles and performances

Discipline - Uncompromising standards on and off the field

Communication - honesty and trust to serve unity

Respect -  For self, officials, volunteers, players past and opponents

Belief -  In self, Central and team mates

Passion - Commitment and desire on and off the field

Enjoyment - Lead, follow, express yourself and make it enjoyable for you and others

Core Values

These 'Core Values' will be established in each team 'campaign' that Central embarks upon, from the planning stages to it's completion. They will be evident in each team and will be personalised by each different coach/manager. They are not a 'how to' for those people, but more a scaffold of non-negotiables that coaches/managers should use for their teams in the knowledge that all other Central teams are endeavering to work in this manner.

In allows for clarity in selection, conflict, resolution , goal setting, and communicates a inified and planned approach for all stakeholders. They will underpin the way we play.
