The Management Board is Responsible for setting strategy, direction, and policy.

 The board is ultimately responsible for the decisions and actions of Auckland Marist management and staff. The board has eight members. Seven are elected and one is automatically appointed as the Chairperson of the Junior Rugby Committee. Elections occur annually at the club Annual General Meeting.
