As a volunteer organisation, we ask that all Bayside families get involved with our club in some way.  This helps us keep our costs to a minimum, thereby keeping our registration fees capped. 

VOLUNTEERS ROLES INCLUDE:

Grade Co-ordinators (10U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 16U, 19U) 

The Grade Co-ordinator roles facilitates their grade, working with parents to ensure the key tasks are completed (Team Uniforms are distributed, Gear Bags are looked after, Communicate around game & training times).

Tuck Shop Helpers

Shannon  coordinates our tuck shop helpers, whose roles are to man the tuck shop, restock the tuck shop, clean up & manage this important source of funds. 

Events Co-ordinator & Helpers

The Event Co-ordinator will mobilise a team to run Bayside community events such as our Club BBQ, End of Year Awards Celebration and club run tournaments.  

Helper activities include ordering & collecting medals,   selling second hand gear at our Pre-Season get together, coordinating food or decorating a hall.

Communications

If you love social media, join us to help keep our communications alive.

Funding Help

Provide assistance to our Funding Manager, Celia, by helping request quotes and keeping a track of funding successess and failures.  

Grounds Maintenance & Game Day Set Up

Helpers required every weekend to set up & packdown temporary fencing, gazebos, etc.  Help required pre-season to erect our Diamond 2 backstop, maintain equipment, liaise with council for bookings, etc.

Parent Coaches & Managers 

Help our little people be the best they can be.  Help to run game day coaching, and training sessions.

Scorers

Learn to score, it helps you appreciate & understand the game. We can't do it without you! (Full Training provided)

Umpires

We are always keen to hear from parents or older players who can help umpire our youth games.  A great way to be involved and enjoy the game from a different perspective.
