Welcome to  Bream Bay United Association Football Club!

Based in Ruakaka, our club has 250+ members from the surrounding Bream Bay area.  We are a community club run by volunteers, with members and families who are passionate about football.  We have teams for all ages, from First Kicks for 4 year olds through to the Men's and Women's Premier League.

Club Update June 2022

With weekend 6 of competitive games behind us, it is great to see all the Bream Bay United players out on the field enjoying the beautiful game. Once again, our member numbers have increased … our First Kicks and Fun Football numbers grow year on year and this season we have a total of 9 Junior and Youth teams … two each at 9th, 10th & 12th Grades and one each at 11th, 13th and 15th Grades. Plus we maintain our three men’s and one women’s senior teams.

There are still challenges to overcome in future seasons, amongst them how to encourage more girls into football and how to boost player numbers in the 14th, 15th & 16th grades. These are challenges that we look forward to working on in the months ahead.

Thanks to all the coaches, managers, parents and referees who have stepped forward to help out so far this season … your continued help is very much appreciated; quite simply the club cannot run without you.
