- Tournament: 15 business days' notice minimum

I want to...

Request a referee for a one-off game

• Complete the New Fixture Notification form below (scroll to bottom of this page, wait for form to load).

Request referees for multiple games in a competition (e.g. Rosebowl, Super 8, Fatty Nuku, Banner)

• Email fixtures@boprugby.co.nz with the complete details of the competition's draw. Note - the T&C's and timeframes for a standard fixture request will still apply.

Request multiple referees for a tournament (single or consecutive days)

• Complete the Tournament Referee Request form.

Notify the referee/Union of changes to an existing fixture

• Complete the Fixture Details Change Notification form.

See which (or if a) referee is appointed to a game

• View the Referee Appointments page with the online draws for each grade, and/or details for the relevant appointments managers (not usually available for Tournaments)
