Meet at the Club Rooms
Every Tuesday and Thursday night we leave the clubrooms at 6:00pm. These runs are about helping you become a better, stronger, injury-free, faster, longer runner. We combine road and trail runs. We do this in groups according to your ability.
When it is not Daylight Saving, please bring a reflector vest and headlamp with you. And a watch.
Talk a friend into coming with you. It does help 1st time up if you know someone who has expressed an interest but doesn't want to front on their own.
We will enjoy your company.
