Every year in January the competitive swimmers attend a week long residential camp, where they prepare for the National Championship Long Course events, which occur Mar-Jun each year.

Summer Camp is only for those swimmers invited by Coach - it consists of an intensive training regime of running to the pool, 2 x 2 hour swim sessions each day in a 50m pool; Dryland training (60 mins), Yoga, Nutrition and Team Building activities.

The attendees need to commit to fundraising and fitness activities to ensure the success of the Camp.
