Thirsty Whale Napier City Rovers is excited to announce the signing of Oscar Faulds to the club for the 2024 Central League Season.

Faulds (22) born in Sweden but holds a New Zealand Passport, joins the blues from his most recent club Storfors AIK who play in the  3rd tier of the Swedish football league system.

Faulds has played at various levels in Sweden, including for Second Division club Hudiksvalls FF. In his time as a youth player, Faulds played in the top tier of Under 19 football for Allsvenskan.

Thirsty Whale Napier City Rovers head coach, Bill Robertson says ; 

"Oscar is a big powerful and mobile forward, with a hunger and desire to score goals"
