Every home club day the CJFC take the opportunity to run a “canteen” which consists of a sausage sizzle and the sale of other items such as drinks and chocolate bars.
This is a very important part of how we raise funds to assist with the costs associated with running the football club.
We require each junior team to have one rostered time slot during the season where it is the responsibility of that teams parents to staff the canteen. It is up to each teams coach/manager to ensure their time slot is manned successfully. This is the only time that the club will ask for assistance from parents in raising funds for the club. It is only for an hour or so and CJFC appreciates it if parents can make it easy on their child’s coaches by volunteering to help out.
The committee will have the team time slot roster available early in the season to assist coaches in ensuring they are organised for their teams turn.
