Geroge Kohury - Director

I am committed to growing privately owned New Zealand businesses through best practice Governance. Through my background as a Commercial Manager/Financial Controller, I have served on many privately owned company boards in the capacity of the financial advisor.

Over the past six years I have served on the board of my local Rugby League Club and on the Board of my local primary school. Both these stints have seen greater governance and patience
needed through crisis due to covid. On all boards on which I have served we have ensured that
management is both motivated and clear on what is expected of them. With a strong background in
Accounting and Commercial Activities and deep experience in Building Material manufacturing and
Construction, I have the experience and tenacity to assist in Governance Success. With My
networks are deepest in Australia and New Zealand, I bring energy and Business flair to the board
table, with a leaning towards opportunities over risks.
