If you have not completed your Census, click on the above link with your smartphone and follow the instructions. It will ask you to register for a code, and once you have clicked on it, will send this code to your mobile phone. Enter this number and hit ‘Submit’. Once you hit ‘Submit’, it will generate another code to enter into your phone, hit ‘Submit’ again and it will then allow you to complete your Census. The first part to complete is for your Dwelling (Home). The second part is every individual that belongs to and lives in your household. Once you have completed these two steps, it will generate a code that you can send to us via FB message or to phyllisronald.latu@hotmail.com If you would like to complete a Census form with a Marlin’s committee member we can make that happen, just let us know. Alternatively, if you have completed it in the last two weeks all we need is your address and how many people completed this for the dwelling/household. We have also been reaching out through Facebook and there is an incentive for the Club for capturing this data. If you have any questions please raise them with Phyllis.  |
