Hopefully the weather plays the game for our Boxing night event. Please be aware that there is no rain date for this event. We did try, but for the 27th we are missing some key staff and on Saturday the track isn't available. We just need to make sure the weather is good on the 26th.
Pit parking for this event, due to the high number of competitors (140), it is critical that you please park in your designated area to make the pit parking plan work.
If you're going to be late to the track and need to go on the late board, we have a new phone number: 027 303 1919. Suggest you save this into your contacts.
We have changed our catering in the clubrooms this season and there will be more than just pies on offer with the team at Surf n Turf looking after your post-race snacks. See the updated menu below.
A few reminders below to help make our event flow.
Papa Clay. Please put your clay in the blue bins provided. Please do not use these bins for rubbish. We suggest using a tarp to make it easier.
Gear Checking. Takes place in the club rooms. Please take your race gear with you when you go to the clubrooms to sign in.
No Pedestrian Access Through Pit Lane. All pedestrians to use early access gates.
Ambulance Fee. $15 per car. (Can be purchased online)
Pit Closing. Pits close ½ an hour before racing starts. 8 wrist bands per driver, given at pit lane. Bands provide entry to the pits only and can't be used as a venue entry ticket.
Driver sign in closing time. 4:50pm. If you are not signed in by this time, you will start from ROF. Please phone the track 027 303 1919 if you are going to be late.
Starting from the rear of the field. Please check the box when registering to race to start ROF. If you have inadvertently checked the box but you don't want to start from ROF, please let the pit box team know ASAP.
Safety. We would appreciate, if you can please read through our Health and Safety brochure by clicking the button below if you haven't already done so.
Kids Hi Vis - We recommend that any kids in the pits wear Hi-Vis for safety reasons.
