REGISTRATIONS

  • Ngā mihi ki a koutou for your patience whilst we have been navigating our first season registering under Rugby Xplorer and thank you to everyone who has been a part of this kaupapa so far. 
  • The first thing to note is, those players who are waiting for their registrations to be cleared (transferred) by their respective clubs or schools, may not be in our database yet so please check in with your friends & whānau to see if they've received this pānui - most are, but some aren't. We can follow up if required.
  • Whānau comms will only be going out via email at this stage, so if whānau are not registered you will not be getting these. We will link these comms to our website and Facebook where whānau can check in as a back up. 
  • Reminder: ALL PLAYERS must whakapapa Māori and we ask you to share your Iwi, Hapū and Marae. If you need any help with this, please contact us on aklmaorirugby@gmail.
  • There are a large number of rangatahi who are NOT registered yet. Please make sure you do this ASAP. Again, please share this with you friends & whānau. ALL PLAYERS, COACHES & MANAGERS MUST BE REGISTERED - NO EXCEPTIONS.

TRAINING - starting 15/09

  • ALL GRADES Mt Wellington War Memorial Park (Dunkirk), 14-50 Dunkirk Rd, Panmure starting Monday 15/09. 
  • Please bring your rugby boots, mouthguards & water bottles.

TEAM CONFIRMATIONS

  • Coaches & Managers: We are currently working through our list of Coaches & Managers, if you are yet to let us know you're keen, please REGISTER and submit your COACH / MANAGER EXPRESSION OF INTEREST.
  • Players: Once the above are confirmed we will look to form the teams. Where there may be more than one team per grade, further information around this ie. trial games, will come in due course once we confirm the numbers. If you have NOT registered please do so HERE.
  • Once teams are confirmed the Managers will set up team chats.

MĀORI RUGBY FESTIVAL DAYS

  • Festival #1 - Saturday 11th October 2025. Pōwhiri at 9am. Hosted by Tāmaki at Mt Wellington War Memorial Park (Dunkirk) Panmure
  • Festival #2 - Saturday 18th October 2025. Pōwhiri at TBC, Hosted by Counties at Bruce Pulman Park, Takanini (we will put on our usual bus for this event)
