To all of our members and supporters, I would like to wish each and every one of you a Very Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year for 2026. The PRFC 141st AGM was completed on the 1st Dec to finish off year, thanks to all who attended and to those who have accepted the various committee positions to support the club. It`s been a very busy year for the club and a lot was achieved. I would like to thank those committee members, supporters and helpers who did all the hard yards for the club throughout the year. I look forward to seeing you all around the club starting next year at preseason. Stay safe and if you are traveling away, take extra care on the busy roads. Enjoy you holidays. As we close out the year at Petone Rugby Club… PRFC is more than just a club. It’s people. It’s generations pulling on the saddle, volunteers turning up week after week, families and friends on the sideline, and teammates who become lifelong mates. Its no secret we have a few challenges on the horizon, but this year the strength of this club has been shown — in the way we look after one another, in the pride we carry for Petone, and in the commitment to leave the saddle and the club better than we found it. To every player, coach, manager, volunteer, supporter, sponsor and whānau — thank you. Your time, passion and belief are what keep our great club alive and strong. Enjoy the break, hug your people, and enjoy the summer. We’ll come back next year ready to work, ready to grow, and ready to stand shoulder to shoulder again. Once a Villager, always a Villager Meri Kirihimete and see you in the New Year! |
