We’re looking forward to welcoming back our returning teams and players, and we’re especially excited to see new teams and fresh faces joining us for what promises to be an awesome 2026 season.

2026 REGISTRATIONS - CLUB ADMINSTRATORS

All team registrations close this Friday 20 March at 6pm

All players must be allocated to a team by the club administrator via TeamBuilder before their first game

2026 REGISTRATIONS - PLAYERS

All players must be registered to their club before their first game.  

Players who have not yet registered can do so via the registration links on the NUC website or supplied by their club admin.

Please ensure registrations are completed before the season starts to avoid delays in players being eligible to play - fines will be applied.

2026 REGISTRATIONS - UMPIRES

Every senior team must provide an umpire each week, ideally each team has a named umpire registered in sporty. Umpires can register via NUC website or below! 

All umpires please join our Umpire Zone - this is where the weekly draw will be posted, where you can swap games, ask for help/ questions etc.

Umpire Mentors Needed: We are looking for volunteers to step up as mentors for our learning umpires during the Junior competition on Saturdays. You don’t need to be available every week - even occasional help would be hugely appreciated.

Over the summer, we’ve been reviewing and updating our club policies. The updated constitution is available below. There are several updates, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with them ahead of the season.  Games will likely continue 3 weeks after the school  holidays for available teams (format TBC)

INTERMEDIATE - YEAR 7 & 8

📅 24 April – Mid August
 📍 Paetara (PAC)

Crossover Tournament Days vs Wakatipu:

 9 May | 1:30pm – 5:00pm

23 May | 1:30pm – 5:00pm

INTERMEDIATE - YEAR 9 & 10

📅 2 May – 15 August

 No games: 4 July & 11 July / Games resume: 18 July

Format: Home & Away (same as previous seasons)

SENIOR  

 📅 23/24 April – Mid August

 📍 Mostly Rec Centre 

School holiday games TBC depending on team entries

 Likely no games 9/10 July

 Two overflow games per week at PAC Fridays at 7:00pm or 8:00pm (This change aims to reduce byes compared with last season)    

SENIOR GRADING DAY

📅 Sunday 19 April

📍 WRC
⏰ 10:00am – 4:00pm

Likely B–D grades / A Grade inclusion to be confirmed once registrations close

NUC PRIZEGIVING

📅 Sunday 23 August
