Welcome to our July HPNC Newsletter!

What an exciting and action-packed month it has been for our netball community. As we move through the heart of the season, we have seen incredible performances on court, outstanding sportsmanship, and the dedication of our players, coaches, umpires, volunteers, and supporters continuing to make HPNC a fantastic place to be.

June was highlighted by the Hello Sailor HPNC Representative Tournament, which welcomed teams from across the upper North Island for a fantastic day of high-quality netball. The tournament showcased some outstanding talent and provided valuable preparation for our representative teams as they continue their 2026 campaigns.

Our representative teams are now preparing for national tournaments, while our Saturday competitions enter the Championship Round, with every game becoming increasingly important. There is still plenty happening across HPNC as we continue through another exciting stage of the season.

Hello Sailor HPNC Representative Tournament

What an incredible, action-packed day of representative netball we had at the 2026 HPNC Representative Tournament last Sunday 28th June!

With teams travelling from across the Upper North Island, the courts were filled with exciting matchups, outstanding skill, great sportsmanship, and plenty of memorable moments. It was fantastic to see so many athletes showcasing their talent while enjoying a fun and competitive tournament environment.

A huge thank you to Hello Sailor for proudly sponsoring this event!! Your generous support helped make the day such a success, contributing to an enjoyable and memorable experience for all players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and supporters.

We are incredibly grateful to partner with a business that values community sport and invests in opportunities for young athletes to grow, compete, and create lasting memories.

HPNC Representative Teams

As we head into another exciting month, we would like to wish all of our representative teams the very best as they take the court wearing the HPNC colours.

Good luck to our U14 and U16 teams as they travel to Taranaki this weekend. We know you will represent Howick Pakuranga Netball Centre with pride, determination, and great sportsmanship.

We also extend our best wishes to our U18 Women's and U18 Men's teams as they travel to Christchurch on 13 July to compete at the National U18 Championships. This is a fantastic achievement, and we are incredibly proud of the commitment and hard work each player, coach, manager, umpire, and supporter has put into the season.

Thank you once again to our players, coaches, umpires, volunteers, sponsors, families, and supporters for the passion, commitment, and time you give to make HPNC such a special community.
