WELCOME

TO THE FIRST EDITION OF E-NEWS!

After a lot of work behind the scenes, we're excited to announce that our brand-new website is now live!

Moving to a digital platform is a huge step forward for our club. It will provide a more consistent, streamlined experience for our members while also making administration more efficient for our volunteer team. Most importantly, it gives us a better way to connect with our members, keep everyone informed, and make our club more accessible than ever before.

Through the new website, you'll be able to:

  • Check live weather updates
  • View the live beach webcam and surf conditions (project underway!)
  • Register and pay for memberships and upcoming competitions
  • Purchase club merchandise
  • Stay up to date with the latest club news, events, and announcements

Over the coming weeks we'll be sharing more information about the website and its features, with a full walkthrough planned for our AGM and Prizegiving event in September.

As with any new system, we're expecting a few teething issues along the way, but don't worry - we've got you covered. We'll have volunteers available at the event to help members register online and answer any questions. EFTPOS, online payment, and cash payment options will all be available, so we'll make the transition as easy as possible for everyone.

We're excited about this new chapter for the club and can't wait for you to jump online and have a look!

MEMBERSHIPS

FOR THE 2026/27 SEASON ARE OPEN

Online registrations are open now - click link below to get started!

IMPORTANT: When registering as a couple or family, you fill in a new registration for EACH member. You can do this by clicking the +Add person tab at the bottom of the form. When registering for Family, ONE member of the family is the ‘primary person’. For example, Mum is completing the form for the family, she is the primary person. As she adds Dad, Son, and Daughter, this will auto fill with common fields such as phone, address, email etc to save from filling this in each time. If registering a boat, only ONE person needs to fill in these details, for the rest of the family, push NO.

Make sure you READ each section carefully (we assure you, this is only painful the first time you register - once the system has your details it is very straightforward and will auto populate going forward).

Your payment will still go through as a single transaction, you will not be required to make separate payments for each person. (And again, we will have volunteers on board for all your registration and Qs at our event in Sept).
