We've been busy improving SKED behind the scenes in recent months. If you are not familiar with these items or would like to know more about them, here's a summary, along with support articles for each of them.

Features include

Draws and venues

• Full size venues can now be split to schedule 8 games using just an eighth of the venue. Read the support article here
• A venue search has been added to both Comp Builder and Venue View, so finding the right venue is quicker. Comp Builder and Venue View
• Venue View now loads faster, showing only the venues and times in use on a given date, with time intervals selectable from 5 to 30 minutes. Read the support article here
• Draws with more than 150 fixtures now load noticeably faster in Comp Builder. Read the support article here
• You can now export your draw in CSV format straight from the Draws & Results widget. Read the support article here

Playoffs

• Placeholder icons can now be removed from playoff phases in bulk, instead of one at a time. Read the support article here     
• You can start a playoff phase even while some sections in the linked phase are still being played. Modifying results that affect a playoff that has already been scored will not be allowed.  You will not be able to add a score to a playoff unless both placeholder icons have been populated with team names. Sport-specific

• Released earlier this season for Football and Futsal and now available for Netball, the ability to edit game events for a particular fixture. Read the support article here
• Netball Centres using the 2 -point shot game format can activate this in Advanced Options of Phase Settings in SKED Comp Builder. This is reflected in the scoring app and ensures that the centre pass is correct when a 2-point goal is awarded. Read the support article here

Other

• Organisations can choose to have location abbreviations disabled on request. If you would prefer to see the full name of locations in SKED and the SKED widget, please let us know and we will enable it for you.  Read the support article here.
• The Organisation picker in TeamBuilder allows you to limit your selection to only organisations eligible to enter a competition. Read the support article here
