1st XI Cricket
The boys 1st XI compete in the Wellington Premier Youth (P3) competition for both One Day and T20 formats. This starts in early October and continues through until late March.  Each season the boys 1st XI play two important fixtures against Rathkeale College – the Gillette Cup (which is the first round of a national knockout tournament) and the McBride Peterson Cup (which is a traditional two day format). The 20114/15 Season brought many exciting changes to cricket at Wairarapa College with interschool fixtures against Rongotai College, Dannevirke High School, Horowhenua College, Tawa College, Newlands College being successfully introduced.
