Dirt School Kapiti aims to provide Kapiti kids with the confidence and competence to enjoy a life long love of mountain biking.
It was origianally set up by the late Peter Woodman-Aldridge. An avid local mountain biker who who was passionate about giving children the opportunity to enjoy and experience mountain biking.
His family and friends now run Dirt School.
It is a not for profit organisation and relies on volunteers.
Dirt School Kapiti aims to host a series of kids specific mountain bike races each year and it also assists in organising the Kapiti Interschool mountain bike event.
