About Eastern Bay Canoe

CRNZ's most recent club (Incorporated in 2011) based in the Eastern Bay of Plenty township of Whakatane. Current members include Olympic Gold Medalist Lisa Carrington and New Zealand Athletes Jamie Lovett and Rachel Dodwell.

This is a relatively new club set up by some very experienced and passionate kayakers who want to get kayaking pumping in Whakatane.  The club is situated at the Whakatane Yacht club.  The club kayaks are stored here and this is where we meet to train.
