Wellington East Netball Trials 2025

We cater for players at ALL levels from Premier 1 to Senior 5 grades. Games are played on a Saturday indoors at Ākau Tangi Sports Centre, trainings will be indoors during the week on a Wednesday or Thursday.  Our Premier teams will have a second training on Mondays.  We always welcome new players, coaches, managers and umpires so please share with your friends/colleagues/workmates.

TRIALS:

All trials will be held at Ākau Tangi Sports Centre in Kilbirnie.

Premier:
Saturday 1st March - 9.00am-12.00pm
Monday 3rd March - 6.00pm-7.30pm
Sunday 9th March - 12.15pm-2.45pm (CALL BACK ONLY)

Premier Reserve:
Saturday 1st March - 12.30pm-3.00pm
Monday 3rd March - 7.30pm-9.00pm
Saturday 15th March - 11.30am-1.00pm

Senior:
Saturday 15th March - 1.30pm - 3.00pm
Monday 17th March - 6.00pm-10.00pm

TRIAL FEE:

$10.00 is to be paid into the East bank account before the first trial you attend, cash will be accepted on the day

TRIAL POLICY:

Ideally you’d attend all trials for your preferred grade. Please try to attend at least two trials. The more trials you attend, the easier it is for selectors to rate your skills and place you in the most appropriate team. If you are unable to attend trials for your preferred grade, please let us know in advance and we may be able to arrange for you to attend a different grade trial.

COMMITMENT:

We are looking for committed players to join our teams. Premier teams train twice a week. Prem Reserve/Senior teams train once a week. All teams play on Saturdays at Ākau Tangi Sports Centre.
