The Ohope Sprint Tri course starts and finishes at the eastern end of Harbour Road in the reserve opposite the Ohope Golf Club

Late entries accepted until 9am on race day, cash only.

Swim – 750m
Start from a sheltered beach in the Ohiwa Harbour a short walk from the transition.  Swim is tidal assisted and you can remain close to the shore at all times.  Swim caps (not provided) must be worn.  Wetsuits are optional.

Cycle – 20km
2 lap circuit around Harbour Road and Ocean Road

A marshall will be at Charles street turn off and Potutakawa Street turn off. 

Run – 5km
Undulating course out along the Ohope Harbourside Walkway, and returning along Harbour Road.

The Sprint run goes a bit further than strava course below. 2.5km from the reserve then turn around. 

A marshall will be at the Sprint turnaround point and Super-sprint turnaround point.

We will also be running a Super-sprint distance event on the same course.  A shorter (400m) swim, one lap of the bike and an early turn-around for the run will offer a more managable option for younger and newer competitiors, while still allowing you to be fully involved on the day.
