FESTIVAL DAYS IN THE WAIRARAPA

WHAT'S A FESTIVAL DAY?

It describes the weekly GameDay for the U6 - U8 teams at each of the five locations in the Wairarapa:

Masterton: Queen Elizabeth Park
Carterton: Howard Booth Park
Greytown: Soldiers Memorial Park
Martinborough: Martinborough Domain
Featherston: Randolph Park

WHEN DOES IT HAPPEN?

In the Wairarapa it's every week of the regular 15 GameDay season, in other regions it varies and can be less frequent.

WHAT'S INVOLVED?

It's the setting up of the pitches and facilities for the games being run from 8:45am to 11:50am.  This can be making sure there's a site map, to arranging a sausage sizzle, and everything in between.
