Harbour Indoor Cricket is excited to announce that Guy Coleman is the Woman’s Premier Coach for the club for the 2023 Season. Guy Coleman has been with the club since the beginning in 1990 and has played Premier Men’s for the club since 1992 and is still a current member of the team. Guy has also played indoor cricket at Provincial and International level for many years with 20 caps for NZ. In recent years the club has worked hard to establish a junior system to build strength for indoor cricket in the region. That has lead to a great number of girls playing the game with many of them playing provincial and international level. Two of them, Brooke James and Kaitlyn Halliday winning a world title with the NZ U23 Woman’s team last year. Guy will be able to nurture the young talent coming through and with the more experienced players take the Woman’s game to a new level for the region.
