Future Ferns

The 2024 Future Ferns season for Year 3 and 4 is in Term 4 2025.


Uniform
A club uniform will be provided for the season.

Players must wear black ankle socks and appropriate footwear. Long hair should be tied back and secured off the face,  short hair should be secured back from the face with clips or a headband. Earrings should be removed (taping is prohibited) and nails kept short.

Please ensure you return the uniform in good condition at the end of the season to your coach.

Parents and Supporters​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

When supporting on the side-lines:

  • Give positive support only
  • Acknowledge what a player did well, not what they didn’t do well
  • Remember that the coaches and team managers are volunteers & are doing their best - they might not get it right every time but just like netball players, they will learn from their mistakes and get better each game.
  • Let the coach be the coach, please do not give instruction to the players from the sideline.
  • Remember Fun Ferns is about skill building and learning about good sportsmanship, while having fun!
