Full Club Registration
Full Membership for 2023/24 Track & Field Season

  • Use of the Sports Park facilities and equipment
  • Compete in all National Track & Field Meetings (including ANZ Track & Field Championships)
  • Participate on all club nights, interclub meetings, League Meetings, Colgate Games and HBG Track & Field Championships.
  • Affiliation with Athletics New Zealand and Athletics New Zealand Members benefits.
  • Coaching.

Casual Membership

Casual Junior Athletes  |  $5 per club night

Casual Senior Athletes  |  $10.00 per night

  • Paying the casual fee per club night is a great option if you are unsure your child will like athletics, it allows them to give it a go then make a descision about their club membership.
  • This year you will be able to have two casual visits and then have to make a descision about becoming a full club member.
  • If a casual user (please fill out a registration form) each week you attend, advise the registration desk that a form has been filled out (they will mark you off as paid and receive a stamp to enable you to compete).
  • CASUAL MEMBERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR END OF YEAR PRIZES.

Harrier runners should not have to pay the ANZ and HBG fee so if this happens please contact the club.  

We are doing Online registrations fully this season, if you want to pay by debit card or credit card then this is the option for you.  

If you think you need help, want a chat or don't have a debit or credit card then come along to our registration days at the Mitre 10 Sports Park on Percival Road, Hastings on Tuesday, 3rd October 2023 at 6.00pm - 7.30pm or on our Tuesday club nights in the northern end of the grandstand initally then at the control room after the the first four weeks.

​​​​​​​Our first club night will be Tuesday, 10th October 2023.

CLUB NUMBERS:: THESE CLUB NUMBERS WILL NOW BE LIFELONG NUMBERS NOT ANNUALLY

If you register online you will need to pick up your childs age patch (3yrs - 14yrs) from the registration desk on the club night following your registration.

Seniors will receive a club registration number for the season


Club Uniform | Apparel
Uniforms are a requirement for all Interclub and Children's Ribbon Meetings, as well as HBG Championships and all other events outside the HBG Region i.e. ANZ Classics, League Meetings
and Colgate Games. Our club singlets are now black with yellow logo and strips, you can still wear your yellow club singlets, until such a time you require a new one. Club apparel and club uniforms are available for purchase on club nights or registration nights or you can now purchase them with your registration.
