We have had great success at Flag Football tounraments since our estblishment in 2018, winning NZAFFs Wellington Invitational Flag Football Tournament in March 2019 and placing second in the  Flag Football National Championships in 2020 and 2021

We hosted our first tournament in Hawkes Bay in September 2019, And host a leg of NZAFFs Quad series in August/September each year.

Our local competition, the Heat Bowl, was established in November 2022 with The Phoenix being crowned the inaugural champions.
